Human Resources Executive – Recruitment เจ้าหน้าที่บุคคลฝ่ายสรรหาว่าจ้าง
Duties & Responsibilities:
Department: Human Resources Management
* Reviewing CVs, Employee referral check; Selection of candidates.
* Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers.
* Updating the vacancies and provide the summary report to related party on weekly basis.
* Coordinate related party for Onsite Recruitment, job fairs, job advertisement etc.
* Provide reports or Data summary/analysis to management as per required.
* Responsible for other project as assigned.
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness
* Ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner
* Ability to work well under stress and time pressures
* Good Accuracy
* Bachelor or Master degree in any fields
* 3 – 5 years of hand-on experience in Recruitment function
* Computer literate (MS Office)
* Strong positive attitudes, pleasant personality, interpersonal and communication skills
